Hot Toys Deadpool (Movie version)

Doesn't that look like a promo shot from the movie?! I love when people go 'whoa, that's really a toy?' (and then I 'geekly' reply back with a snarky 'it's an adult collectible' or 'it's not a toy it's an action figure' or if I really like you, 'Wordness to the Turdness'. Hey we always have to defend our own hobbies).

I wish I can say that I'm a big Hot Toys collector but I'm not. Not to say that I don't have myself quite a nice collection of HT goodies. It's just that they are expensive so it's hard to drop over $200 on an action figure. Also because they are so pricey I have this fear of playing around with them too much that I may damage or break something on these high end items.

I have to thank my brother-in-law for this bad boy. I've wanted this Deadpool figure for a long time. So long that between the wait I ended up getting a different high end Deadpool to satiate the want/need. Below is that very figure, the Sideshow Collectibles 1/6th scale 'comic' version (which is still a really cool figure in it's own right)
 'Hi! I'm Sideshow's Deadpool...
...and I'm a cool dude too!'
Anyhoo, I guess this entry is more of a showcase/love letter to an action figure that exceeded my expectations. If you can get your hands on one (not mine, that's jerk thinking) definitely track this one down.
